The annual Robot Wars is a highlight of the technology calendar at Beaconhills and this year was no exception.

The hotly contested event sees Systems Engineering students designing and assembling their own weaponised, remote-controlled robot. Whoever drives their robot to pop the balloon on their opponent’s machine first, wins.
