How to enrol
Before you enrol
Follow the steps below before you lodge your enrolment application. Please refer also to our Enrolment Agreement and FAQs

When you submit your enrolment application, you will need to pay a $100 non-refundable application fee using a valid credit card. Please have this handy.
Ensure you have contact details for both parents, your child’s birth certificate and court orders and visa (where applicable).
The application takes about 15 minutes to complete and must be done in one session. Once you start, the form cannot be saved.
Once you submit the online form, you will be redirected to a secure payment page. Use your valid credit card to make the $100 payment. If the payment is not made, the application is considered incomplete and will not be processed.
Little Beacons Learning Centre applicants will receive a program preference form from our enrolments department once their enrolment application is successfully lodged. Program information is here.
Already enrolled but want to make changes? If you have already enrolled your child, you do not need to do a new application for the same student. Just contact enrolments on enrol@beaconhills.vic.edu.au to request a change to an existing application.
An acceptance of enrolment is campus specific. Should your campus preference change, your position on the waiting list will return to the original date of application.
