2027 Senior School Scholarship registrations now open
Registrations for Senior School Scholarships for new or current students starting Years 10 and 11 in 2027 are now open and will close on Friday 6 March 2026. Beaconhills offers Senior School Scholarships in the areas of Academic, General Excellence, Performing Arts and Indigenous (Wominjeka).

What makes a successful application
To ensure your application is strong, we recommend parents and students consider the following when preparing their application:
- highlight your strengths
- read carefully the requirements and submit all supporting documents, including the latest school reports
- let us know why you want to take part in the Scholarship Program
- check that all media files supplied are of a high quality
- upload all supporting documents and files before the registration closing date.
How to apply
All Senior School Scholarship applicants must register and sit an Edutest examination. The examination will take place at the Pakenham Campus on Saturday 14 March 2026.

As part of the registration process you will be required to upload supporting documents including the last two years of school reports, latest NAPLAN results, a student statement, no more than one page outlining why you want to be part of the College Scholarship Program and how you will make a positive contribution to the College. Please also upload supporting awards and relevant achievements.
Shortlisted Performing Arts applicants will be invited to an audition at the Berwick Campus on Monday 23 March.
All Edutest results and applicant portfolios will be reviewed by a College assessment panel and notified of the outcome of their application by the end of term 2, 2026.
Sliding Doors Scholarship
Registrations for the 2026 Sliding Doors Scholarship have now closed.
Following assessment panel review, shortlisted applicants will be invited to submit a Financial Application Form and attend an interview with the Executive Principal and Head of Engagement.
The Sliding Doors Scholarship will be awarded to a student who has a demonstrated interest in leadership pursuits and creating a positive impact in their community. The successful applicant must demonstrate how they would benefit from a Beaconhills College education if they had the opportunity to join the school.
The Sliding Doors Scholarship recipient will be a motivated student aligned to our College values of Respect, Compassion and Integrity. They will actively contribute to College life through extra-curricular participation, leadership and community service.
The Sliding Doors Foundation will cover the majority of each year’s tuition from Years 9-12.

Selection criteria
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Evidence reflecting strong academic results and high attendance at school (applicants must include their latest school report and NAPLAN assessment)
- Alignment to our College values of Respect, Compassion and Integrity
- Additional information about the applicant – including interests, strengths and a summary of how they will make a positive contribution to the College
- Means tested – the Sliding Doors Scholarship is open to students whose families are unable to cover the costs of a Beaconhills College education. Only short listed applicants will be required to submit a Financial Application form.
