Sixteen Beaconhills French Exchange Program students and College staff arrived safely in France last weekend.
The group will spend two weeks in Laval going to school with their French correspondents, one day in Puy du fou (historical theme park) and four days in Paris where they will visit Disneyland, Versailles, the Louvre, Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower.
Tuesday was their first day at school where they learned about the French education system with the Head of Senior school and later played some sport.
The students are loving their time in France so far. After arriving, some went to see a soccer match and others visited nearby villages and castles with their families.
There are many activities planned for the trip including a special soiree to celebrate 25 years of this wonderful program.
