Boarders building connections

Students in the Beaconhills College Boarding Program have been enjoying exploring Melbourne and connecting with boarders from other schools this year.

The boarders recently attended a senior school social with students from Presbyterian Ladies’ College and an excursion to Wesley College for a ‘boarding is back’ event, where they rode mechanical bulls and played bubble soccer and table tennis.

The students loved the chance to attend an AFL match this month at the Melbourne Cricket Ground between Richmond and the West Coast Eagles, rugging up in Richmond scarves to support their team.

The College has two boarding houses adjacent to the Pakenham Campus and welcomes local, along with international students, to boarding.
