Morning tea celebrates VCE results

Beaconhills hosted a morning tea at the Pakenham Campus on Tuesday 23 January to celebrate the achievements of some of our top scoring VCE students from the Class of 2023.

College leaders and teachers were there to congratulate students and families for their outstanding efforts throughout the year.

From optometry to engineering, students have chosen diverse career paths with many eagerly preparing for their first year of university life.

The morning included a brief ceremony where academic colours were awarded to Pakenham Campus student Terry Prendergast and Berwick Campus student Ruby Van Beveren (absent on the day). Academic colours go to students who are the top five of their cohort for at least three out of four consecutive years.

Berwick Campus Principal Sam Watson said he was “incredibly proud” of the students’ achievements while Pakenham Campus Principal Sarah Rudiger said Beaconhills College was “really just the beginning” and a foundation for the future.

Congratulations to all Year 12 students from Pakenham and Berwick campuses for their efforts during 2023.
