We’re delighted to announce that Natalie McLennan will join Beaconhills College as Berwick Campus Principal from the beginning of 2027.

Natalie brings extensive experience in student wellbeing, teaching and learning, and school leadership. She joins us from Woodleigh School, where she currently serves as Deputy Principal – Head of Senior School, and has previously led the establishment of Mentone Grammar’s innovative Year 9 campus.

Throughout her career, Natalie has been passionate about helping young people flourish, creating school environments where students feel known, valued and challenged, while fostering strong partnerships with families and the wider school community.

As only the third Principal in the history of Berwick Campus, Natalie is looking forward to meeting our students, staff and families and leading the next chapter of the campus’s journey.
