Beaconhills College is delighted to announce that Pakenham Campus teacher Natasha Muller, has been selected as an ‘Excellence Awardee’ in the Australian Education Awards ‘2023 Rising Star of the Year’ category.
Natasha started teaching in December 2018 and is a proud Beaconhills alum. She is Head of the Mathematics and Numeracy Faculty in Middle School (Years 5-8) and is a highly energetic and enthusiastic educator, whose firm belief is that every child has something great within them.

Every task she undertakes, every interaction she has with colleagues, students and parents is informed and guided by the College motto Let your light so shine.”
“Natasha has high expectations of herself as well as her students, whether it be in a Mathematics class, tutor group or co-curricular activity. Natasha is passionate about working with young people and sees her broad role not just as a Mathematics teacher, but also a mentor and guide in educating and developing the ‘whole’ person.”
The Australian Education Awards recognise the top-performing schools, principals, department heads and teachers for their outstanding achievements and transformative work that makes a profound difference to the lives of young people across Australia.
The final winners for each category will be announced at a ceremony held on Friday 11 August at the Fullerton Hotel in Sydney and we wish Natasha every success with her nomination.
