Beaconhills College Child Safe guidelines for College Team Managers or Coaches.

All adults as Team Managers or Coaches of the College basketball or netball teams, must hold a valid and current Working With Children Check Card (WWCC) , if a registered teacher, then VIT number, or if a member of the Police Force then police ID suffices.

For your WWCC, and ensure you add Beaconhills College as an organisation on your WWCC, as the place where you are undertaking volunteering.

It is a requirement of Team Managers and Coaches, to complete this online Child Safe guideline review annually. You will be provided links to information about the College's Child Safe Code of Conduct, Responding to and Reporting Allegations of Child Abuse.

*3.As a Team Manager or Coach, you agree that you are REQUIRED to:

Respect the privacy and confidentiality of information in relation to players, children, parents and other Team Managers or Coaches;

*4.As a Team Manager or Coach, you agree that you are REQUIRED to:

Seek advice where appropriate.

Encourage affection from or dependency from players (e.g. giving presents, having intimate physical contact or intimate personal contact through written or electronic means such as email, letters, telephone, text messages, social media sites or chatrooms), other than those approved methods detailed by the College.

*6.As a Team Manager or Coach, you agree that you will NOT:

Display bullying or intimidating behaviours towards any player;
