Where better to learn about the concepts of ‘apparent weightlessness’ than on the Twin Dragon ride at Luna Park?

Pakenham Unit 3 Physics students travelled to the theme park recently to encounter some of the theories of motion in person, in a controlled environment.

This practical experience is a fun way for students to better their understanding of various concepts such as centripetal force.
