Year 5 Berwick Campus student Lada Mekmathayan has made the children’s ensemble of the upcoming major Melbourne musical Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, starting at The Regent Theatre on 13 November.

Lada takes lessons with Beaconhills voice teacher Anna Castle and dances with Narre Warren’s Backstage Dance Academy.

She has many impressive performance achievements to her name in musical theatre, television and dance, and this year placed first in the 9-10 years category for musical solo in ‘Eisteddfod by the Bay’.
