Gather students and teachers from four schools together with their medley of musical instruments and who knows how they will sound? But everyone agreed the creative result of the SEISA Music Festival hosted at Beaconhills College Pakenham Campus on Tuesday didn’t miss a beat. There were workshop rehearsals during the day and an evening concert which showcased the musical excellence of the four SEISA schools; Beaconhills, St Paul’s Anglican Grammar School, Newhaven College and Gippsland Grammar.

The evening featured an 80 piece choir, and an 80 piece orchestra who performed separate musical items such as ‘Ancient City’ and ‘Lord of the Dance’, finishing with a combined orchestral choir performance. A great day of musical collaboration!
