The depth of creative talent amongst our students never fails to amaze me.

Two exhibitions at our Pakenham and Berwick Campuses have shown the practical work our VCE students have completed in their Arts and Technology subjects.

The enormous amount of skill, time and effort is evident when you see the projects and read the accompanying portfolios explaining each step involved along the way.

Everything from professional-standard photography, to sculpture, complicated Systems Engineering projects and beautifully-crafted woodwork pieces were on display.

We expect a number of these projects will be strong contenders for the upcoming VCE Season of Excellence awards.

I want to congratulate all the students involved for such an incredible effort. Along with their creative skills, the resources and support they receive at Beaconhills really enables them to flourish and explore their creativity.

Giving them the encouragement to develop their passion, across so many fields, is what Learning that Matters is all about.
