Ensure you have a Working with Children (WWC) check card
Volunteers must hold a valid and current WWC check card* and ensure it is linked to Beaconhills College as the place where you are undertaking your work or volunteering.
* If you hold a current VIT (Victorian Institute of Teaching) registration, or are a police force member, your VIT registration or police ID number will suffice for WWC validation. You do not need to provide evidence of further checks.

Complete the Beaconhills online training module and registration form.
This enables you to register your details to obtain a volunteer registration ID number and demonstrate your understanding of your obligations while working with the College.
It is a Child Safe requirement that the online registration and training is renewed every second year.
