Middle School & Senior School Uniform (Year 5 -12)

Belts: Only plain black belts are to be worn with the school uniform.
School bags: Only the navy blue Beaconhills backpack or chiropac is to be used.
Scarves: Only the navy blue Beaconhills scarf is to be worn.
Non-uniform Items: If any item of uniform cannot be worn correctly, the student should carry a dated explanatory note signed by a parent/guardian and tutor. If a non-uniform replacement item has to be worn this should be as close as possible in appearance to that which it replaces.
If you wear something under the College uniform for extra warmth, it must not be visible.

Physical Education and Sports Uniform

The Beaconhills sport uniform is compulsory for all students undertaking the Physical Education subject and must be worn to all Physical Education classes. Students must change their uniform immediately before the Physical Education class; arrival at school in Physical Education attire is not permissible.

The Beaconhills Physical Education and sport uniform consists of the following:

  • Beaconhills polo shirt (Middle School and Senior School students)
  • Beaconhills Year 9 short sleeved polo shirt (for Year 9 students only)
  • Beaconhills rugby jumper or polar fleece windcheater and/or sport (spray) jacket
  • Beaconhills sport shorts and/or track pants
  • Beaconhills sport socks
  • Beaconhills navy cap – worn in Terms 1 and 4
  • Runners

When students are representing the College on sports days such as GIS and SIS Sports Days, Swimming, Cross Country and Athletics Carnivals, students must wear the full Physical Education and sport uniform. The sport uniform may be worn to and from school only on GIS and/or SIS sports days by students in College teams.

The House coloured sport shirt is to be worn with the sport uniform during the Inter-House Swimming, Cross Country and Athletics Carnivals and on House sports afternoons.
