Snow Sport Champions!

Congratulations to the Beaconhills Division 3 Snowboarding team which beat many of Melbourne’s top schools to become the 2011 Victorian Champions. The Victorian Interschool Championships were held from 20 – 24 August at Mt Buller.

Students from the Pakenham and Berwick Campuses competed in both skiing and snowboarding events. The snow may not have come to the party but the Beaconhills Snowboard team did!  Individually, Year 8 Pakenham student Lachlan Williams finished second and Year 8 Berwick student Jake Salems finished eighth in the Snowboard GS.
