Hear, Hear….

What an achievement for the six Valley Campus students who attended State Parliament on Wednesday 26 May to watch Gary Blackwood, local MP for Narracan, put forward their case for the upgrade of the Lardners Track Railway crossing in Warragul.

The Year 7 students, who are participating in the Future Problem Solving competition, are lobbying State Government, under the guidance of Mr. Blackwood, to have boom gates and lights installed at this dangerous crossing.

The students will now await a response from The Minister for Transport, The Hon. Martin Pakula to find out if the upgrade will proceed.  Well done to Josh W, Tom L, Mikeala D, Hayley S, Jeremy F and Luke H.  Keep up the great work!
