Class of 1998 - 10 year Reunion

Over 90 members of the Class of 1998 gathered in the Hotel Eden in Berwick on Saturday 18th  October for their 10th anniversary reunion. This is by far the largest group that has gathered for a class reunion since they officially began in 1994.

The event, organised by Bec Luiten (now a teacher herself) and Kate Brennan, was a wonderful success and included lucky door prizes, dancing and a comprehensive display of old photos, to the delight of the past students. It proved to be a wonderful opportunity to not only catch up with friends and acquaintances but to hear what careers people have pursued since school. Many of those present have promised to send a resume of their lives and careers to the College Archivist/Historian so that they can be shared at a later time.

Two keen guests on the night were Katie Mathieson and Deanna Collie (now Hatcher), both of whom now teach at Beaconhills themselves – Katie works in the Junior School at the Valley Campus as a classroom teacher and Deanna teaches Japanese at the Village Campus in Berwick.
