Career Highlights

  • Attended Beaconhills College from 1988 to 1993.
  • Participated in many College drama productions and musicals, including the Shakespeare Globe Theatre.
  • Elected College Captain in 1993
  • Studied at Monash University from 1994 to 1996, completing a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology and Sociology.
  • Completed his Dip. Ed. In 1997, with teaching methods in SOSE and Psychology.
  • Began his teaching career in 1998 at Mount Erin College in Frankston teaching SOSE and English.
  • Moved to Frankston High School in 1999 and began teaching VCE Psychology, Geography and History.
  • Appointed Leading Teacher in 2000 as ‘Director of Computing’, in charge of all technology in the school and the student notebook program.
  • Began lecturing in the B.A./Dip. Ed. Program at Monash University in 2001.
  • Has presented papers and prepared presentations for many prestigious educational magazines and organisations within Australia and overseas since 1999.
  • Appointed Assistant Principal (Human Resources/ICT) in 2007.
  • Currently also working as a consultant for Computelec and Toshiba.
